Targeted Pain Relief with Wet & Dry Hijama Therapy
A warm welcome begins with relief from tension headaches. Wet & dry hijama around the Taiyang and GV20 (Baihui) points helps improve blood flow and calm excess Yang energy.
Neck stiffness from stress or posture is eased using hijama
at GB20 (Fengchi) and BL10 points. This relieves trapped
Wind-Cold and restores neck flexibility.
Shoulder tension is reduced by cupping along the SI11 and
LI15 meridian points. Hijama draws out stagnation, freeing
shoulder mobility and easing chronic knots.
Wet cupping over the BL13 to BL15 acupoints along the
spine opens lung Qi and clears Blood stasis. It’s excellent for
posture-related upper back pain.
Hijama at BL23 (Shenshu) and DU3 activates Kidney energy
and removes Damp-Cold. This brings fast relief to chronic
lower back aches and sciatica.

Hijama is not recommended for people with bleeding disorders, during pregnancy (especially early stages), or if you’re taking blood thinners. Always consult first.

How often should I get cupping therapy?
For general wellness, once a month is ideal. For chronic conditions, your therapist may recommend weekly sessions until improvement is seen.
